Yamhill County, nestled in the heart of Oregon’s Willamette Valley, enjoys rich soils, a mild climate and some of the most spectacular scenery anywhere. This abundance of natural resources – and a strong pioneer spirit – has attracted innovative vintners, agricultural trailblazers, and some of the best chefs in the country.

The result is a delicious trifecta of 21st century visionaries primed to deliver innovative farm-to-fork plates, perfectly paired with unparalleled wines.

Bounty of Yamhill County (BOYC) is a three-day annual event that celebrates this vibrant community of famous wineries, celebrated chefs, and sustainable family farms. No other locally sourced food and wine event can boast such nationally recognized participants.

Bounty of Yamhill County has received national and international acclaim over the years –
– Top 10 in USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Award for Best General Food Festival – 2015
– 10 Best Food Festivals in the USA by The Culture Trip – 2016
– Top 10 in USA TODAY 10Best Readers’ Choice Award for Best General Food Festival – 2020

And things keep getting better! Embracing our new mantra “Culinary Adventures in Oregon Wine Country” we’ve added new events to the weekend, including hiking, hot air ballooning, and horse back riding – topped off with delicious food and wine, of course.

In 2021, we’re busy working on what BOYC will look like this summer. We still want to share the best of Yamhill County with you, we’ll just do it in a way that makes sense under current conditions – likely a hybrid of (safe) in person events and online opportunities.

In its ninth year, BOYC is a project of the Yamhill Enrichment Society (YES) – a local non-profit that transforms the lives of Yamhill County children through literacy and music enrichment.
